Greek Coffee Recipe

1 tsp Bravo Coffee

1 cup water

1 tsp sugar

1 briki

1 demitasse cup

In a small briki measure one cup water and add 1 tsp coffee and 1 tsp sugar.  Mix and boil coffee until foam rises up to the top of the briki.  Remove from burner quickly.  Make sure to keep an eye on it because the foam can still over if you don’t remove it quickly from the burner.  Serve in small demitasse cups.
