Q. How long has Greek Market been in business?

A. We have been selling online since 2004. Our original name was Greek Internet Market and we recently rebranded as Greek Market.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. Our warehouse is located in Orlando, Florida. Over 99% of orders ship from our location.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. Most orders ship within 24 hours and the transit time depends on your location. For orders shipping East of the Mississippi, the order should arrive in less than 5 days. For orders shipping West of the Mississippi, expect 4-6 business days.

Q. Does Greek Market ship to countries outside the US?

A. Yes! We ship to any country. Shipping rates do get quite expensive for shipping to other countries, so please check with us for pricing.

Q. What payment methods are available?

A. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and you can even order using a check or money order. In order to use check or money order, please contact us to place your order over the phone.

Q. I do not like placing orders on the website. Can I call Greek Market to place my order?

A. Yes, you are welcome to call us between 9:30-4:30 EST M-F to place your order over the phone.
